Dianne Jones is a visionary leader, ministry and nonprofit strategist, and author whose work empowers individuals and communities to live with purpose, resilience, and direction. A native of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and the seventh of eight children, Dianne’s foundation was rooted in faith, discipline, and servant leadership. These early values, Godly relationships, self-respect, and responsibility have remained the bedrock of her journey. She is the wife of Charles and the proud parent of three adult children: Charles, Trina, and Darīus.
With over 20 years of experience in ministry, nonprofit development, and management, Dianne holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is a certified nonprofit consultant and Certified Biblical Counselor. She currently serves as the CEO of The Connection Hub, connecting underserved populations to free and reduced-price resources, mentoring support, and life-changing opportunities. She is also a successful Travel Advisor and CEO of TCHub Travel, specializing in cruises and group travel experiences.
Dianne is the author of Objects of Insight: A Transformation Movement, a bold initiative designed to awaken individuals to the inner and outer barriers that hinder their growth, while equipping them with the tools and encouragement to walk fully in their God-given purpose. The movement includes workshops, books, events, and networks focused on restoration, identity, and forward motion.
She is also the instructor of Sister2Sister, a powerful and transparent women’s course that creates a safe space for real talk about real life.
For the past 10 years, Dianne has also served as an admin for the Air Force Wing Moms (AFWM) Facebook page, a national support group for families of Airmen. She joined the community when her son, Tech Sergeant Darīus Jones, entered the Air Force after high school. What began as a personal connection has grown into a calling, as she now provides consistent prayer and emotional support to thousands of group members and admins. Dianne considers it a sacred privilege to serve those who serve.
Her mission work has taken her across the globe, from Africa and Thailand to Hawaii and Washington, offering hope to people in crisis. Whether serving locally or internationally, her goal remains the same: to be the hands and feet of Christ.
Dianne lives by Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”
